The short, honest version of how buying from this store works.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Stock and delivery cost are checked again for your postcode at the moment of payment — an order is only accepted when both are confirmed, so you can never be charged for an item that can't reach you.
Delivery
Items ship from Australian warehouses. Where a product shows FREE delivery, that is genuinely the SKU's freight; otherwise the exact delivery cost for your postcode is shown before you pay.
Faults and returns
If an item arrives damaged, is missing or isn't what you ordered, contact us before sending anything back (admin@placidconnect.com). Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply and are not limited by these terms.
