How Placid Auto Group handles personal information when you browse or order.

What we use

Your name, contact details, delivery address and order details — the information needed to run the store and get an order to you. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Marketing is opt-in only

We only send marketing or follow-up email if you ticked the box at checkout — never pre-ticked. Every such email identifies us and carries a one-click unsubscribe, as the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) requires.

Access and correction

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, or ask us to correct it: admin@placidconnect.com. This policy operates alongside the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
